These Light guides can be used when line illumination or one dimensional linear CCD lighting is necessary. Applications include glass substrate inspection, PCB board inspection and angled IC pin inspection.

In addition to our standard straight type light guides, many different options are available such as random sequence, heat resistant, and small diameter types. These light guides are ideal for spot and coaxial illumination.

Use these light guides for applications where lighting from two directions is need like when using a microscope or CCD camera or for pattern recognition. Interlock type tube material allows you to bend the type as needed and fix it in place. SUS flexible type tube material allows you to move the light guide around freely in a small space. Small diameter type light guides with a smaller minimum bend radius are also available.

Various sizes and distributions can be customized. Can provide a wide spectral conductance. A variety of standard interfaces are available to couple LED and Halogen light sources.

Can be autoclaved under high temperature 135°C and high pressure 0.22MPA. Also we can make the light guide rod that can suit your led curing light. Size and color can be customized.

This Electronic endoscope product is modular structure designed. It is made up of 3 modules: Display module, Hose module and Main control module. Display module: customers can choose 5″(Easy to carry)or 8″(Better for viewing)according to different requirement. Hose module: can be customized by different length & diameter within same type of signal source to match different using & purchasing cost requirements.

The image transmission beam is a flexible passive image transmission device. Its structure is to integrate many optical fiber monofilaments of a certain length into a bundle. The monofilaments at both ends are closely arranged in a one-to-one correspondence. After curing and grinding, they become the image transmission beam. The optical fiber image transmission bundle can transmit images in a soft and curved state, realizing image transmission in dangerous and environments where human eyes cannot directly observe. It can be used in strong magnetic field, electric field, high and low temperature, high humidity and vibration environment.
